Sunday Club Ride

We have a variety of Sunday club rides at various paces, normally including a mid-ride café stop, leaving every Sunday morning from Fleming Avenue car park in North Baddesley, SO52 9EN (for ALL Groups).
Communication of our weekly club ride schedule is done through Facebook, with up to date information on our rides done through Whatsapp (Medium and Fast groups), or Email (Easy group), which includes the following example info: gpx, ride leader, cafe, weather impacts etc. Wearing a helmet is required by all riders.
Tools, spare inner tube, pump and suitable clothing for the conditions are recommended. A road bike is recommended for our Medium and Fast groups. Please see group timings below:
Fast Group: SUNDAY 9:00AM (Fleming Ave)
60+ miles, 17-19mph average
Medium Group: SUNDAY 9:00AM (Fleming Ave)
40-50 miles, 14-16mph average
Easy Group: SUNDAY 9:30AM (Fleming Ave)
~30 miles, 12-14mph average
