Course record goes and some excellent performances in Sotonia open 25

Severn RC’s Matt Burden takes course record in Sotonia CC ’25’ – Saturday 11th July.

Good, but not ideal conditions, on the P128 course, saw the 38 year old take 55 seconds off the course record for the circuit course which takes in Ower, Copythorne, Netley Marsh and Cadnam, and leave the opposition nearly 2 minutes adrift.

Some very good Sotonia rides with Dan Edwards achieving a new personal best, with 57.18 and Phil Wilks taking a massive 6 minutes off his entry time with an improvement to 58.01
