It was a grim day on the flat(ish) 10 mile course near Fawley but that didn’t stop 13 riders coming along to test their early season form. There was a strong wind with Storm Freya bringing in some rain too.
All competitors were on standard road bikes, and Mary Corbett was partnered with Phil Godfrey on the tandem.
It was fairly tight at the top, with the top 3 riders within a minute of each other. Ant Gritton took the win with 24 minutes 48 seconds.
Special mention to Sotonia youth rider Lucy Phillips on completing her first time trial in pretty horrible weather!
